It is an exciting time to be a buyer in today's market as we are experiencing an exceptionally attractive affordabilty index, i.e. low prices coupled with low interest rates. The first step for a buyer is to determine what one qualifies for. I can refer you to a lender to initiate a pre-approval process who will also educate you on what the latest programs are that you may benefit from.  I will then very diligently seek properties that meet your price range and specifications, and guide you through the buying process.  The certification I have received in short sales and foreclosures will further be utilized to maximize the bang for your buck. 

First-time buyers may qualify for up to *$8,000 in a tax credit which may be eligible to be used for a down payment.  In some cases, this may mean virtually buying with no money down.

AND...lets not forget..many of the rest of us are now eligible too.  Hurry and set yourself up to get the *$6500 move up (or move out) credit.  These don't come along too often

It is possible that we may never see an opportunity to purchase at these prices again in a market flooded with short sales and foreclosures!  Prices in Florida are down as much as 70% in some areas but are showing signs of bottoming out.
